Our Kinnection is an Aboriginal owned and operated small business that was founded by Joey and Vicki Griffiths to support, empower and create positive change to our Aboriginal Communities, Families and Young people.
We specialise in Mentoring and Cultural Programs to Support, Empower and Create Positive Change.
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, inclusive and culturally appropriate services that contribute to increasing the awareness, understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal culture.
Our Kinnection deliver services guided and informed by Aboriginal protocols, ensuring we maintain the authenticity and integrity of Aboriginal people and culture. Kinnection, Identity and empowerment are at the core of everything we do to Inspire our Mob.

INSPIRE ME MENTORING
Is a Mentoring & Behavioural program where we offer guidance, support and encouragement to young children, family or carers, delivering a variety of workshops and visits over a period, as well as offering ongoing support.
We use Role Models to help promote, encourage, support and be apart of the positive change in a Person’s life

Connect Aboriginal CYP to their Culture. Help foster & maintain this connection.
Develop & deliver cultural support plansÂ
Visit CYP in their home/school setting to provide cultural support &Â mentoring.
Work with CYP/Carers to ensure their voices are heard
Connect CYP/Carers with local Aboriginal services
SCHOOL BASED PROGRAMS
We offer a School based program for primary or secondary students. This is delivered on a weekly or fortnightly basis at your school.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
This workshop is tailored to suit your needs it is a fun interactive hands-on journey of self-learning and empowerment. Delivered at your choice of venue, we will have staff self-reflecting on all aspects of their personal development and growth.
